Over my lifetime, I have relocated to various areas/states throughout the country resulting in purchasing and selling multiple homes (six to be specific). Residing in Indianapolis, I decided to move back east now that I’m recently retired. I did an online search for top rated realtors in RI/Mass and noticed the same name came up on multiple review sites. Jess Powers Real Estate is the best realtor & team I have ever worked with. Buying a single-family home long-distance is incredibly challenging and stressful, but Jess made the entire process, from start to finish seamless. Over my detailed four-month search, she was my eyes and ears on the ground, conducting thorough FaceTime walkthroughs, pointing out both positive and constructive elements/details of each home we viewed, ensuring the property would meet my likes and needs —including minimum size requirements for bedrooms/living room, room layout, a garage, fenced yard, and a quiet neighborhood location. “The Rhode Island market is incredibly competitive. If you want an agent that is knowledgable, professional, and well-connected then Jess is that person. We found ourselves in a multi-offer situation with our DREAM house and we listened to and followed every piece of advice Jess had to offer to win the home. We ended up beating all other offers (we were not even the highest offer nor were we an all cash offer) and closed on our dream house. We are so incredibly happy!
