“From start to end Jess was amazing. Had a list of mortgage lenders who were all great. Gave me access to MLS and explained how everything worked, came with me to look at my choices, pointing out many things that I wouldn't have ever known to look for. When I found the place I wanted she had a team in place for everything - different inspections, insurance, closing. She found a potential issue during the negotiating process which luckily didn't turn out to be anything, but again I wouldn't have even thought about it if she hadn't done the research and asked the seller's agent questions. She negotiated the price down - twice! - and I closed on time and with ease because I was well prepared by her and her team. You will be in great hands with Jess. Oh and btw she's got a ton of youtube videos that have a wealth of info on the hunting/buying process, neighborhood analysis, all the things.”
